Children go through life believing Cowboy sunflower shirt. So that they will never learn the simple things because one person did not care enough to take the time and find out where their strengths are. There are lots of gifted young people out here, let’s give them a chance. Great story. I think lots of children have mentally depleted by harsh words from the people who supposed to help them educationally. My amazing dad was dyslexic. He was called Cabbage Head in school by other kids. His own dad wouldn’t let him do homework. Dad didn’t give up! He was mostly self-taught and would read books while listening to the audio to help him along. So he got a diesel mechanic certificate because he was very good with his hands. He could do anything!
